Job Title: Identity & Access Data Specialist

Job Summary

The main responsibility of this position is to oversee the day-to-day operations for the Identity and Access Management – Data Services function. This includes aggregating native user data to Onecert, ensuring adherence to documented processes, and performing monitoring activities to ensure data quality and monthly metrics are achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Refresh user data to Onecert periodically to enable effective IAM controls such as Leaver/ Mover, User Access Review etc.
  • Extract, source, convert, and upload user lists to Onecert.
  • Generate reports and adhere to established escalation processes for sourcing user lists.
  • Fulfill requests from business stakeholders for user lists and SAM documents.
  • Implement Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request changes.
  • Collaborate with external teams for user list sourcing and work with support to understand application limitations and opportunities for improvement.
  • Mitigate risk pertaining to IAM process and The Bank.
  • Support IAM leaders in maintaining and enhancing IAM processes.
  • Demonstrate good working etiquette, strong team work, and communication within the team.
  • Review Application security for compliance to current procedures/processes and implement enhancements to address non-compliance and security requirements.
