Legal Support Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Legal Support Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the intake, triage, and assignment of matters requiring legal review using a matter management system.
- Analyze information in requests and determine the appropriate document or advice required, including reviewing, preparing, and finalizing agreements.
- Administer the matter management system for all corporate legal matters, including generating reports and identifying problems to propose solutions.
- Serve as an interface to business units, communicating process and corporate positions while minimizing risk.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize confidentiality agreements, material transfer agreements, beta agreements, and seed agreements within proscriptive guidelines.
- Maintain standard forms and templates and implement changes as required.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal and/or other proven matter and contract management experience.
- Paralegal certificate or similar qualification preferred
- Proven ability to multitask, identify, and manage competing priorities, and independently analyze and solve problems.
- Accountable for accurate, high-quality work product.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to meet objectives and tight timelines with minimal direction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient with matter management systems and reporting dashboards desired.
