Role Overview

  • Analyze and evaluate resource allocation to ensure optimal utilization of resources to achieve strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement performance tracking mechanisms to monitor progress against strategic plans and objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of budgeting processes that support the organization's strategic goals.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential risks on the organization's financial performance.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to provide insights into the organization's performance and future trends.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends and provide insights into the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement performance management processes that support the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain budgeting templates, develop detailed budget plans, and monitor budget performance regularly.
  • Prepare financial forecasts using historical data and market trends and provide regular updates to management.
  • Analyze cost structures and trends to identify areas for cost reduction and provide recommendations to management.
  • Analyze revenue data, prepare revenue projections, and provide recommendations to management on revenue growth opportunities.
  • Develop various forecasting scenarios to evaluate potential outcomes and support decision-making.
  • Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor trends, and economic trends to provide insights and support decision-making.
  • Assess and identify financial risks associated with budget and forecast outcomes and provide recommendations for mitigating such risks.
  • Work with business units to understand their operational plans and incorporate them into budget and forecast plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights on business performance.
  • Use statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms to predict future trends, patterns, and potential risks.
  • Work with large datasets and leverage data analytics tools to uncover insights and improve decision-making.
  • Use analytics techniques to generate accurate and timely financial forecasts.
  • Utilize analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve the efficiency of business operations.
  • Analyze customer data to understand buying patterns, preferences, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze sales data to understand market trends, customer behavior, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on business performance.
  • Create data visualizations to communicate complex data insights in an easy-to-understand format.

Requirements

  • Must be a CA or CMA qualified.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience post-qualification.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have worked in manufacturing or FMCG organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
