Job Summary:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Motion Graphic Designer role based in our India Global Business Services Office. You will play a pivotal role in building engaging and immersive learning experiences, communications, marketing, and other assets that drive behavior change across the organization. You will be responsible for developing multimedia content for learning & development programs and creating learning assets using various tools and technologies, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

You will work in a dynamic team of learning design professionals, supporting a wide range of programs that span both corporate and restaurant audiences globally, such as Leadership Development, Inclusion, Onboarding, Restaurant Curriculum, Corporate Development, Engagement, or Operations.

This role requires collaboration, listening, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality learning experiences at scale while working with L&D teams and stakeholders. You will design and develop high-quality learning assets, animations, communication, or marketing assets, and videos that enhance employee engagement and bring to life the learning asset, communication, or marketing material being created.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop course or marketing assets using various tools and technologies based on the course and design requirements.
  • Organize and maintain creative assets, including videos, using best practices for version control, naming conventions, and organization of graphic files.
  • Take an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations.
  • Work in close collaboration with stakeholders, designers, and marketing / communications colleagues throughout all phases of project development.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and Bachelor of Arts – in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field, or a related field.
  • Experience operating in large, multi-national corporations in a highly matrixed, complex structure.
  • Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, and Photoshop and in at least one 3D motion design tool such as Cinema 4D or similar.
