Job Overview:

As a Java Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex software systems using Java as the primary programming language. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying software applications using Agile methodology

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

• Mentoring junior developers and providing guidance on technical best practices

• Designing and implementing unit tests using Mockito

• Integrating databases such as Oracle or MySQL into code

Desirable skills include hands-on experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Data, Spring Transactional, and Spring Batch.

Mandatory skills include Hibernate, Java, Java Spring Cloud, Microservices, Spring, Spring Security, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Integration, and Spring Cloud.
