We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Developer to join our growing team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining backend services using Python (Django) & Node.js.

You will design and optimize APIs for seamless frontend-backend integration, work with Next.js & React.js to ensure a smooth web application experience, and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

You will also manage databases, caching strategies, and cloud infrastructure, collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution, and write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

To be successful in this role, you should have 3+ years of backend development experience with a strong foundation in Python (Django) and Node.js, expertise in designing RESTful & GraphQL APIs, hands-on experience with Next.js & React for full-stack development, and strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firebase, etc.).

A solid understanding of microservices architecture, authentication, and security best practices is essential. Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, Firebase, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is also required. Proficiency in version control (Git) and Agile methodologies is necessary.

Bonus points if you have experience with WebSockets, real-time data processing, or event-driven architecture, and a strong understanding of DevOps practices and serverless computing.
