We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a key position responsible for designing, maintaining, and monitoring our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy cloud infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.
  • Administer and address user support tickets in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to ITIL principles.
  • Configure and maintain Active Directory services, including Domain Controllers, User/Group Management, and Group Policy Administration.
  • Administer and maintain hybrid Active Directory environments, ensuring seamless synchronizations between On-Premises and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other tenant services.
  • Collaborate with the IT Security team to implement security best practices and controls, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain regular backups and disaster recovery strategies for all infrastructure services, ensuring business continuity.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure services, including Asset Inventory and Software/Hardware design and implementation.
  • Generate reports on server performance, security, and compliance metrics, and other relevant reporting metrics as required.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues early in the process, developing effective mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on cloud infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Azure, AWS, and Hyper-V Server environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles and service management.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
