SAP S/4HANA Finance Project Lead

As a technology delivery lead, you will oversee the execution of large and complex projects. Your daily tasks involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective project scope and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create proof-of-concept implementations for S4 HANA Finance functionalities and assume end-to-end project delivery ownership.
  • Develop deep business process functional expertise by creating end-to-end business process flow documentation based on discussions with business stakeholders and requirement analysis.
  • Lead a team to deliver SAP S4 HANA Finance projects in an efficient and effective onshore/offshore model.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team communication and coordination.
Functional Expertise:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in S/4HANA Accounting with strong finance functional expertise is required.
  • Hands-on experience in E2E finance business processes, including preparing scope documents, conducting business process analysis and studies, requirement analysis, gap identification, business blueprint development, process mapping, configuration, functional and technical specifications document creation, test case document preparation, training presentations, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Identify and implement possible process optimization and automation strategies.
  • SAP S/4 HANA certification is an added advantage.

  • Experience with project management methodologies and frameworks.
  • Analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies in technology projects.
