Design for Test (DFT) EngineerWe are seeking a seasoned DFT professional to spearhead the development of robust test strategies for our ASIC/SoC products.Key Responsibilities:
  • DFT Strategy Development: Design and implement DFT methodologies that prioritize automotive applications, ensuring high quality and reliability.
  • Architecture Integration: Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate DFT features into product architecture, ensuring compatibility with industry testing standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of DFT engineers, providing mentorship and technical guidance to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Test Planning: Develop comprehensive test plans, including ATPG, BIST, and scan insertion strategies, to optimize fault coverage and reduce test costs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, validation, and manufacturing teams to align DFT strategies with overall product goals and requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Establish metrics and benchmarks for DFT processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Tool Evaluation: Assess and implement DFT tools and methodologies to improve test efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. We seek candidates with 10+ years of experience in DFT for ASIC/SoC design, along with expertise in automotive applications. Ideal candidates should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
