Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 7-9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions, with strong skills in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.

You will be responsible for designing and developing efficient solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks, working directly with customers to understand their needs and deliver real outcomes, leading projects end-to-end, mentoring and supporting engineers, and bringing a startup mindset to the role.

  • Develop scalable solutions using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
  • Work closely with customers—understanding their needs and ensuring we deliver tangible results.
  • Lead projects from inception to completion: planning, execution, deployment, and support.
  • Mentor and support engineers to foster growth within the team.
  • Bring a entrepreneurial approach: stay agile, adaptable, and driven by outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • 7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Python, system design, and scalable architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
  • A professional who has worked in customer-facing or consulting roles and can communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit—adaptable, curious, and result-driven.
