Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements, performing financial due diligence, aggregating company data, writing detailed reports, and working directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients.

  1. Participate in buy-side and sell-side transaction advisory engagements.
  2. Perform financial due diligence on behalf of middle market companies and private equity firms.
  3. Aggregate, manipulate, and analyze company data to identify historical and projected financial and operating trends.
  4. Write detailed reports to present diligence findings to clients.
  5. Work directly with Management and Managing Directors to advise clients on how to maximize opportunities and minimize risks related to mergers and acquisitions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Accounting, a minimum of 3 to 5 years of applicable work experience including experience in audit or transaction advisory services, Licensed CPA/equivalent certification is preferred, Advanced MS Excel skills and strong working knowledge of other MS Office applications, Proficiency in excel, and Proficient use of applicable technology.
