Job Description

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and be able to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective design solutions. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with backend systems and APIs.

  • Engage with stakeholders to collect requirements and conceptualize a UI/UX design strategy
  • Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into elegant UI/UX designs.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications used in laboratory, manufacturing, and enterprise environments.
  • Develop responsive and accessible user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular).
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements.
  • Ensure consistency with branding, design systems, and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with backend developers, data scientists, and automation teams to integrate UI with APIs, RPA bots, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Design banners, communications, newsletters
  • Systems and report design layouts.
  • Website and intranet redesign lead.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.
  • Experience in web programming, JavaScript, React/Angular.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
