Job Opportunity

We seek a talented STEM Educator to drive student engagement and inspire curiosity in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Curriculum Development and Delivery:
  • Design and implement interactive STEM lessons aligned with national standards.
  • Implement project-based learning strategies to foster hands-on exploration and real-world problem-solving.
  • Integrate emerging technologies, coding, robotics, and other STEM tools into lessons.
  1. Instruction and Engagement:
  • Teach STEM concepts to students at primary and upper primary levels.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment.
  1. Technology Integration:
  • Utilize digital tools, simulations, and resources to enhance learning.
  • Teach coding, programming, and the use of engineering design processes.
  1. Student Development:
  • Encourage students to pursue STEM-related interests and careers.
  • Mentor students in STEM competitions, fairs, and extracurricular activities.
  1. Assessment and Feedback:
  • Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and presentations.
  • Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
  1. Professional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary STEM initiatives.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on STEM trends.
  1. Community and Outreach:
  • Organize STEM events, workshops, or exhibitions for students and parents.
  • Partner with local industries, universities, and organizations to enhance STEM opportunities.
Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, STEM, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Previous experience teaching STEM subjects or working in a STEM-related field.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of STEM concepts and technologies (e.g., coding, robotics, 3D printing).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and engage students in an interactive learning environment.
  • Familiarity with STEM-based curriculum frameworks (e.g., NGSS, Common Core).
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with project-based learning and inquiry-based teaching methods.

Knowledge of emerging STEM education trends and practices.

Experience guiding students in STEM fairs, robotics competitions, or similar programs.
