Job Title: Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Engineer to join our team. As a Field Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing relationships with potential clients in assigned territories. You will also provide suitable product/solution recommendations and deliver technical presentations to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong business relationships with customers through site visits and regular communication.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Promote and sell our products/services to existing and new customers.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely order fulfillment and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience as a Field Engineer or related role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science).
