Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake various tasks and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team to mentor junior SW engineers and clearly communicate findings through presentations and reporting
  • Understand requirements and develop high-level designs and decompose them into detailed designs
  • Mentor junior software developers on design patterns, development best practices, and DevOps trade-offs
  • Develop complex software to satisfy design objectives and create software detailed designs to support implementation in software and API interfaces required from internal teams
  • Clearly understand API design for extensibility and portability of software across multiple implementations
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborate with wider global teams

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience with a minimum of 3+ years in application design and development
  • Responsibility for low-level design, implementation, and validation in complex automotive projects
  • Experience in designing and developing software solutions in AUTOSAR
  • Hands-on experience in programming languages like C/C++
  • Knowledge of Agile SW development process
  • Hands-on experience in developing systems based on various IPC mechanisms
  • Good knowledge of Adaptive AUTOSAR-based Communication and Diagnostic stack
  • Experience in Automotive SW middleware platforms
  • Strong understanding of software design and architectural patterns
  • Good understanding of ISO26262
