Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.

About the Role:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with correspondents and assistant editors.
  • Create engaging press releases, content briefing templates, and media briefing documents showcasing clients' expertise.
  • Craft compelling responses to media queries and authored articles driving interest in clients' products or services.
  • Coordinate end-to-end communications efforts for new business opportunities ensuring timely submission of WIP reports, month reports, and quarter plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and updated weekly.
  • Develop and maintain a network of 15+ media relationships per year.
  • Secure one large-format story every quarter in mainstream or financial publications.
  • Share morning messages with partners by 10 AM daily.
  • Upload documents to a shared drive and ensure SLAs are met.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong media relationships.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
