Role Description:

This full-time role for a Trade Sales Manager is located in Mumbai. The manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with business planning in line with greater strategy for expansion.

Able to handle multiple states (Maharashtra, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Gujarat etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Market Development
  • Develop and Execute Business Plans to channels.
  • Implementing plans for increasing market share through brand awareness, advertisements.
  • Map opportunity markets and identify relevant tea category products through data mining.
  • Drive short-term and long-term market penetration strategies.
  • Sales & Channel Management
  • Business proficiency.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines, Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent growth in segment.
  • Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Develop and Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Negotiating contracts with new vendors and clients as well as terminating contracts when necessary.
  • Coordinating MT partners to ensure timely arrival without delay.
  • Establishing and managing relationships with agencies & customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure domestic business operations run smoothly.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
  • Implement brand awareness campaigns and product launches in MT channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive advertising and promotional activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare financial reports detailing sales performance, ROI, profit margins.
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Managing inventory of goods held in storage facilities, including monitoring stock levels and ordering replacements.
  • Cross-functional Coordinations
  • Managing supply chain process from procurement to shipment to customer delivery.
