Senior Interior Designer

Hiring for a Senior Interior Designer to shape India's landmark spaces by developing innovative interior design solutions that elevate the user experience.

We are looking for an experienced designer who can bring creativity, strategy, and function to large-scale government and private sector projects across India.

The Opportunity
  • Lead the Vision: Drive the interior design process from initial concept to final execution, translating client needs into compelling, functional spaces through effective project management.
  • Design & Innovate: Develop comprehensive design schemes, including expert space planning, mood boards, material selection, and FF&E specifications that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Bring Ideas to Life: Create detailed 2D construction drawings, stunning 3D models, and photorealistic renderings to present your vision to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate Seamlessly: Work with architects, MEP consultants, vendors, and project managers to ensure integration of design and technical requirements, resulting in successful project delivery.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary design contact for clients, presenting ideas and ensuring their objectives are met with excellence through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: You have 5-7 years of professional interior design experience, backed by a strong portfolio showcasing diverse and complex projects.
  • Technical Expertise: You possess expert proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D modeling software (like SketchUp), and rendering engines (like V-Ray).
  • Creative Strategy: You have exceptional skills in space planning, a deep understanding of building codes, and a strong knowledge of materials and industry trends.
  • Communication Skills: You excel at presenting your ideas clearly and collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Educated & Qualified: You hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
