Job Summary

Avensys Consulting PVT LTD seeks an experienced SAP CO Consultant to lead our Product Costing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in S/4 HANA Product Costing, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance on S/4 HANA Product Costing processes and configurations.
  • Optimize costing methods to ensure accurate and timely cost calculations.
  • Analyze product costs to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with teams from SD, MM, and production planning to ensure seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Understand the interdependencies between these modules and their impact on cost calculations.
  • Possess a strong understanding of supply chain processes, including sales, procurement, and production planning.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
  • Utilize Material Ledger for actual costing and parallel valuations.
  • Configure Material Ledger to meet specific business requirements.
  • Lead and support period and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting.
  • Have experience with iDoc and interface handling to ensure data integration between SAP CO and other systems.
  • Lead and work independently on project-based activities within specified timelines.
  • Develop project plans, manage resources, and track progress.
  • Participate in designing, cutover planning, testing, hyper care, and change management activities.
  • Understand and create detailed functional specifications for SAP CO configurations and customizations.
  • Effectively communicate project activities to business stakeholders through verbal and written presentations.
  • Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Have exposure to Power BI for advanced data visualization.
  • Be proficient in using MS PowerPoint and Outlook for presentations and communication.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in S/4 HANA Product Costing.
  • Cross-module experience in FICO with SD, MM, etc.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and SAP CO modules.
  • Experience with Material Ledger, period and year-end closing, and iDoc/interface handling.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
