As a seasoned Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business innovation by harnessing the power of Azure AI and Machine Learning.

  • Develop and deploy sophisticated machine learning models on the Azure ecosystem to drive business growth.
  • Extract valuable insights from unstructured data sets (text, images, documents) to build scalable solutions that meet business needs.
  • Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Generation (NLG) techniques to address complex business challenges.
  • Leverage cutting-edge tools like Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI in Databricks to unlock new AI-driven opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI potential and deliver impactful solutions that drive business results.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring, testing, and implementing new algorithms, tools, and frameworks to enhance model accuracy and performance.
  • Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure AI services, and Databricks to drive data-driven decision making.
  • Strong foundation in NLP, NLG, LLMs, and generative AI frameworks to tackle complex AI challenges.
  • Experience with unstructured data pipelines and feature engineering to build robust AI solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) to develop and deploy AI models.
  • Practical experience with Copilot Studio, AI Foundry, and Genie AI in Databricks is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and innovation skills to tackle complex AI challenges.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling ability to present AI solutions to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in building and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions in cloud-native environments.
  • Prior exposure to GenAI-based copilots, conversational AI, or knowledge assistants.
  • Familiarity with MLOps frameworks for productionizing AI models.
