This role involves managing tax advisory engagements independently, delivering tax opinions, ensuring compliance, and training junior staff.

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering tax opinions and short notes on day-to-day clients' tax matters.
  • Ensuring tax compliances such as filing of tax returns, withholding tax statements, advance tax, and other tax filings.
  • Managing tax assessment / litigation proceedings before the assessing officer and higher appellate forums.
  • Training assistant and deputy managers for their professional development.
  • Collaborating with other tax services lines / business functions for multi-disciplinary client requirements.
