Transfer Pricing Analyst

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst to support our global tax compliance efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing transfer pricing policies, preparing quarterly calculations and journal entries, and ensuring global compliance with tax regulations. You will work closely with various internal teams and external providers, develop tax forecasts, review transfer pricing studies, and manage intercompany agreements. This role requires strong technical knowledge in transfer pricing, excellent analytical skills, and experience in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and implementation of transfer pricing policies, including preparation of quarterly calculations.
  • Preparation of transfer pricing calculations and journal entries and partner with accounting for the journal entries to be posted.
  • Preparation of quarterly worldwide forecast for tax provision purposes to ensure correct mix of earnings by legal entity.
  • Coordinate and review transfer pricing studies prepared by outside tax advisors and tax authority documentation requirements globally.
  • Assistance on the review of intercompany agreements and maintain the Company's intercompany agreement database.
  • Special projects, as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or law degree in taxation preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge in transfer pricing, and preferably in international tax.
  • Strong accounting, project management, analytical and tax technical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience in Microsoft PowerBI or other automation tools/platforms preferred.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with technology companies preferred.
