Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Interior Designer to create innovative and functional spaces that exceed client expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To design high-quality project designs, deliverables, and FF&E and construction documents.
  • To work on all phases of development, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and 3D modeling in SketchUp & Lumion.
  • To consistently bring fresh value to add ideas to the team.
  • To be well-versed in quantifying Bill of Quantities, both detailed and single-line BOQ.

 

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design.
  • Proficient in Design application, 2D (AUTOCAD) & 3D (SKETCH UP, PHOTOSHOP & LUMION) WITH BOQ.
  • Excellent Design compatibility skills.
