About the Role:

This role involves editing and publishing high-quality articles on a daily basis, working closely with a skilled team of writers, editors, and content managers to refine and elevate the content published.

  • Edit and publish 20-25 articles each day, ensuring the highest quality of content is maintained.
  • Collaborate with the content quality (CQ) team to constantly refine and improve content.
  • Mentor and empower writers to grow and evolve as contributors to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with breaking news and ensure timely publication of articles.
Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in English, Media/ Journalism, or similar discipline.
  • 6-12 months of experience in sports content editing, proofreading, or any other similar role.
  • Strong command of the English language and understanding of American culture.
  • Possess leadership skills to inspire, guide, and mentor a team of talented writers.
  • A basic understanding of SEO principles, including crafting engaging headings and subheadings.
