Visual Design Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Visual Designer to spearhead the development of our brand's visual identity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs that captivate our audience and drive brand recognition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire design process for packaging, digital campaigns, website creatives, and offline materials.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Design social media content, ad creatives, landing pages, emailers, and influencer kits that align with our brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life through compelling visuals.
  • Transform consumer insights and brand strategy into innovative design concepts that engage our audience.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers, ensuring they meet our creative standards.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends in the beauty and D2C industries to ensure our brand remains competitive and fresh.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead position.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in branding, packaging, and digital campaign design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with bonus points if you have experience with Figma/Canva.
  • Experience designing for D2C, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
  • The ability to balance creativity with commercial goals, prioritizing conversion, engagement, and retention.
  • A keen eye for typography, color palettes, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
