Financial Operations Manager

MedGenome's leading role in the clinical genomic space requires a skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the financial aspects of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely closure of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, financial reporting, audits and compliances.
  • Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting and revenue recognition as per the respective accounting policies.
  • Present monthly financials to senior management and business heads.
  • Monitor/report monthly operating results against budget.
  • Prepare monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss statement and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with IndAS and USGAAP.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of experience in finance control and general accounting, with a strong understanding of financial reporting, audits, and compliances. A Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory for this role.
