Job Title: Senior Service Management Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Service Management Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio, monitoring delivery coordination, and reporting. You will work closely with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Planview SaaS applications within the Planview portfolio
  • Monitoring delivery coordination and reporting
  • Working with customers, prospects, and team members to diagnose client connectivity and performance issues
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, including verbal and written fluency in English
  • Willingness to work in night shifts to support US and European customers
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Intermediate-level knowledge of any SQL language, preferably Oracle SQL or Microsoft SQL
  • Knowledge of project agile, lean management tools such as Planview, Clarizen, Clarity, CA PPM, Primavera, HPPPM, JIRA, Teamwork
