Role Title: UX Motion Designer

Our team is looking for a skilled Motion Designer who excels at creating engaging user experiences.

  • Design Conceptualization: Develop innovative motion design concepts that enhance usability and add personality to digital products.
  • Prototyping: Build high-quality prototypes using After Effects, Figma, or Principle to communicate motion and interaction concepts.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and product managers to integrate motion into the overall product design process.
  • Design Systems: Create motion design guidelines and contribute to the design system for consistency across platforms.
  • User-Centric Motion: Advocate for motion as a tool to improve usability, accessibility, and emotional engagement.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide motion specs and work with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

As a successful candidate, you will have advanced knowledge of animation principles, interaction design, and user experience best practices. You should be able to conceptualize creative motion solutions to enhance user journeys and possess strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate the 'why' behind your motion designs.

Key Skills:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Lottie, Rive, Spline, After Effects, Figma, PPT/Keynote, and HTML/CSS animations.
  • Design Expertise: Strong understanding of animation principles, interaction design, and user experience best practices.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to conceptualize creative motion solutions to enhance user journeys.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and storytelling skills to articulate the 'why' behind your motion designs.

Experience in motion design is required, preferably 2-4 years.
