We are seeking an experienced Third Party Risk Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in strengthening our enterprise cyber risk management program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the third-party risk management lifecycle and be able to conduct thorough risk assessments to evaluate the cybersecurity posture of vendors.
You will be responsible for maintaining a centralized inventory of third-party vendors, including criticality ratings and assessment status. Additionally, you will collaborate with business owners and procurement teams to understand the nature and scope of third-party engagements.
Your expertise will also include analyzing security questionnaires and supporting documentation to identify control gaps and risks. You will provide actionable risk mitigation recommendations to stakeholders and vendors, and monitor remediation efforts to track open findings to closure.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough risk assessments of third-party vendors to evaluate their cybersecurity posture, data protection measures, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Maintain and update a centralized third-party inventory, including criticality ratings and assessment status.
- Collaborate with business owners and procurement teams to understand the nature and scope of third-party engagements.
- Analyze security questionnaires (e.g., SIG Lite, CAIQ) and supporting documentation to identify control gaps and risks.
- Provide actionable risk mitigation recommendations to business stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor remediation efforts and track open findings to closure; escalate overdue or high-risk issues as needed.
- Strong knowledge of the third-party risk management lifecycle, risk frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and contract/vendor governance.
- Familiarity with common frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SIG, SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA) and proficient in GRC or TPRM platforms (e.g., ProcessUnity, Archer, OneTrust, ServiceNow GRC).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
