We are seeking a French Language Support Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and will provide support to our French-speaking customers. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support to French-speaking customers via email, phone, and chat.
  • Issue Resolution: Assist customers in resolving issues related to products and services in French.
  • Language Translation: Translate customer queries and feedback from French to English and vice versa when necessary.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve service processes and customer experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a multilingual environment.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
