Job Description

Our organization is seeking an experienced administrator to oversee various tasks in the Aveva E3D system. As a key member of our O&G Refinery projects team, you will be responsible for project setup, catalogue and specification management, and customization of Aveva E3D.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience working on Oil and Gas – Refinery projects or EPC’s. You will be well-versed in Aveva E3D, Aveva PCM, and third-party scan files and applications.

Additionally, you will possess a good understanding of ASME codes & Standards for Piping bulk items, Valves, Special Materials, and Aveva Administrator concepts.

As a team player, you will work closely with the Lead/Technical Manager and other team members to deliver high-quality results and ensure the successful execution of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project setup in Aveva E3D and overall administration
  • Catalogue and specification management, Spec creation and component building
  • Scans Upload to Aveva Point Cloud Manager, Working in Aveva Point Cloud Manager Environment
  • Customization for Aveva E3D Such as report generation, inhouse tool development
  • Troubleshooting within in Aveva E3D environment
  • Isodraft configuration, drafting configuration
  • Guide users in Aveva E3D for day to day works along with Aveva Point Cloud Manager Data

Key qualifications include:

  • Mechanical or relevant Engineering Degree from a reputed institute
  • Minimum 3-10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas – Refinery projects or EPC’s
  • Good understanding and awareness of:
    • Aveva E3D
    • Aveva PCM
    • Third party scan files and applications
    • ASME codes & Standard for Piping bulk items (pipes, fitting, flanges, bolting, etc.), Valves, Special Materials
    • Aveva Administrator concepts, working with laser scan data
