We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud expert to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to be part of shaping the future of supply chain management.

About the Role

As a Supply Chain Planning Consultant, you will work closely with our clients to implement and configure Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning and Order Management applications. You will participate in multiple implementations, defining system strategies, gathering business requirements, and leading fit-gap analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning and Order Management applications.
  • Assist in defining system strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Lead fit-gap analysis, design 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes, and conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRPs).
  • Perform functional configuration, testing, and client user training of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning and Order Management applications.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of reporting requirements.
  • Exhibit good understanding of Supply Chain processes and best practices in discrete manufacturing environments.
  • Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements.
  • Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and apply strong problem-solving skills with mature judgment.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Oracle Cloud (Oracle Fusion, Manufacturing, Procure-to-Pay, Items, Structures, and PLM Integrations)
  • Good exposure to SCM applications, particularly Supply Chain Planning and Order Management
  • Involvement in multiple implementations of Oracle Cloud SCM/ERP
  • Ability to define system strategy, conduct CRPs, gather business requirements, and lead fit-gap analysis
  • Functional configuration, testing, and training experience
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain processes and discrete manufacturing best practices
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Planning and other SCM applications is good to have
