Senior Manager Finance Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager Finance to lead the financial planning, audit & regulatory compliances, and oversee taxation & pricing strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial planning, taxation & regulatory compliances, internal audit, group audit, direct tax, indirect tax, US and Indian taxation, and transfer pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monthly book closure and group financials to ensure audit-ready closure.
  • Monthly intercompany billing and balances.
  • Annual audits - managing internal audits, consolidated audits of the group under IFRS, and standalone audits under local GAAP.
  • Tax audits, TP audits for India entity.
  • Transfer pricing compliances for group entities.
  • Overseeing direct tax and indirect tax compliances.
  • Periodic review of IFC and compliance to these controls.
  • Balance sheet and cash flow projections to investors/Banks/Internal consumption.
  • ESOP valuations, cost, and compliances.
  • Oversee investor reporting.
  • Managing strategic initiatives.
