This role is responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services at an independent site. The goal is to provide cost-effective and risk-free office environments and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure SLAs are met as per agreed KPIs.
  • Serve as the site lead, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager.
  • Oversee smooth site operations, maintaining the highest quality of services and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Distribute and maintain records of consumables and facilities assets.
  • Supervise and manage facilities vendors (housekeeping, cafeteria, R&M, pantry services, utilities, and ad-hoc).
  • Maintain inventories of equipment and supplies.
  • Report unsafe or abnormal conditions and unusual occurrences to the relevant team.
  • Receive customer suggestions and implement necessary improvements.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
  • Compile and deliver monthly reports.
  • Deploy manpower (soft) at the site.
  • Develop and manage capital and expense budgets related to technical/soft services.
  • Monitor scheduled maintenance activities according to the planned preventive maintenance calendar.
