Job Description

As a seasoned Test Manager, you will lead the development of comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions in our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing programs for large-scale implementation projects involving Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x).
  2. Direct and motivate testing teams across various phases, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing.
  3. Foster collaboration with business stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to identify requirements and guarantee thorough test coverage.
  4. Review and approve test plans, cases, and scenarios to validate business needs and system design.
  5. Ensure effective defect management, root cause analysis, and timely resolution within agreed-upon timelines.
  6. Provide regular test progress updates, highlighting risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  7. Maintain adherence to SDLC, QA processes, compliance standards, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Oversight of integration testing with third-party systems, APIs, microservices, and batch processes.
  9. Support banking operations teams during mock runs, business simulation, and production cutover testing.
  10. Coordinate closely with Oracle, vendors, and internal technology teams for test-related activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A graduate or postgraduate degree with over 12 years of experience in IT Testing, including at least 6–8 years in core banking testing projects.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale testing programs in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS versions 11.x – 14.x).
  • Hands-on expertise in test strategy design, effort estimation, resource planning, and test execution.
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations and modules such as Core Banking, Payments, Loans, Trade Finance, and General Ledger.
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, APIs, REST APIs, microservices, and batch processing.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or similar) for functional and performance testing.
