Job Title: Visual Creative Specialist

We are seeking a highly creative and enthusiastic visual creative specialist to drive innovative design solutions across multiple channels. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about art direction, branding, and digital media.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior designers on high-profile projects, developing visually stunning concepts and designs that meet client expectations.
  • Create engaging visuals for websites, social media, branding, and marketing campaigns.
  • Support the development of brand identity through effective design strategies and best practices.
  • Evaluate and refine designs to ensure alignment with business goals and client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, design tools, and technologies to stay ahead in the field.
  • Lead assigned tasks effectively, ensuring timely delivery and seamless project execution.
  • Analyze feedback from clients and team members, incorporating insights into future design decisions.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Art Direction, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or strong portfolio/self-taught skills).
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch.
  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and composition principles.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Passion for staying current with industry developments, emerging trends, and creative storytelling techniques.
