Job Description
You will have the opportunity to shape the AI innovation in HR technology, contribute to the company transformation, and collaborate in a dynamic and open-minded extended community.
Your main challenge will be to define and oversee the implementation of the AI strategy, architecture, and roadmap for Siemens HR processes (hire-to-retire). You will lead AI-driven innovation, identifying and integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance HR processes. Acting as a key advisor, you will collaborate with business leaders, technical experts, and vendors to drive the adoption of scalable AI solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML or data science design and deployment
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies (intelligent automation, machine learning, deep learning, LLMs, LRMs, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows) and AI frameworks
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to influence others or leadership position
- Proficiency in English
