Chief Financial Specialist

This is a highly skilled position in our Finance team, responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities, ensuring timely reporting and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements.
The role involves overseeing daily accounting operations, including journal entries and ledger maintenance. It also requires ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing, as well as managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
In addition to these responsibilities, the Senior Accountant will prepare and file GST returns, handle TDS/TCS compliance and return filings, and ensure accurate and timely filing of Professional Tax (PT) and Provident Fund (PF) returns.
The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws, proficiency in Zoho Books, Microsoft Navision, and Zoho Payroll, strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
They will be responsible for providing support to the Finance team and other internal departments with complex accounting matters, protecting the organization's value by keeping information confidential, and performing ad-hoc finance-related duties as required.
