Visual Designer and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer and Communications Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating visual identity and developing effective communication strategies.

This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing concepts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment, and possess a keen eye for detail.

  1. Design and Communication Expertise: Develop and execute visually stunning and effective designs for a wide range of marketing, communication, and product materials, including social media graphics, website banners, infographics, illustrations, and data visualizations.
  2. Typos and Aesthetics: Apply a solid understanding of typographic principles and a refined visual sense to all designs, ensuring clarity, impact, and brand consistency.
  3. Brand Guardianship: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure all visual assets align with brand guidelines and effectively convey our brand message and values.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva, with experience in designing high-quality visual content for various mediums. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, be adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual identity strategies for new projects
  • Create engaging social media graphics and website content
  • Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and business cards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
