About the Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our Large Language Model initiatives across geographies.

This position will oversee end-to-end project delivery involving data annotation, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and deployment at scale.

The ideal candidate combines technical AI/ML expertise with strong program management and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive planning, execution, and delivery of LLM projects.
  • Manage multi-country teams (engineers, annotators, contractors, vendors).
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (engineering, product, legal, compliance).
  • Work closely with ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and MLOps teams.
  • Translate research and business needs into project milestones.
Operational Excellence
  • Establish workflows for dataset collection, cleaning, multilingual annotation, and model training.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality annotated assets.
  • Track KPIs: throughput, quality, accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to data security, privacy, OFAC compliance, and ethical AI standards.
  • Work with legal counsel on contracts, vendor agreements, and global workforce compliance.
Business Alignment
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define roadmap and ROI.
  • Communicate status, risks, and outcomes to executive leadership and clients.
