Home Manager

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Home Manager to oversee the upkeep of our property in Darjeeling.

• Welcoming guests and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes
• Providing information and assistance to guests regarding the property and local area
• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and overall property maintenance
• Handling guest complaints or issues professionally
• Coordinating with housekeeping staff as needed
• Tracking guest bookings, payments, and occupancy records
• Monitoring supplies and reporting requirements to management

• A courteous and helpful personality
• Previous experience in hospitality or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to handle guest concerns with patience and professionalism
• Familiarity with basic household management and property care
• Willingsness to relocate and reside at the property in Darjeeling
• Effective communication skills, knowledge of English, Hindi, and local languages is an asset
