Job Title: Visual Communication Specialist

We're seeking a creative Visual Communication Specialist to join our design team at GrowthStudioz.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced designers who can create captivating visual content that resonates with audiences. You will work on crafting compelling brand identities, website visuals, and videos that tell engaging stories.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality graphics, specifically conversion Ads for direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Develop creative designs based on provided briefs by the internal team.
  • Utilize AI image generation tools to produce innovative visuals.
  • Implement brand aesthetics & art direction across various design projects.
  • Manage multiple projects & meet tight deadlines effectively.
  • Deliver quality output for assigned tasks on a daily basis.
  • Stay updated with design trends & continuously refine your skills.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Familiarity with AI-based image generation tools is advantageous.
  • Strong time management & organizational skills.
  • Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals for designing conversion-friendly Ads.
  • Ability to communicate ideas visually & collaborate effectively.
