Supply Chain Transformation Lead

We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Transformation Lead to spearhead our efforts in leveraging data-driven strategies to enhance procurement, planning, and distribution processes.

  • Develop Data Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive data science and AI strategies to optimize supply chain operations and align with procurement and planning objectives.
  • Integrate Key Data Sources: Enhance visibility and accuracy in procurement decisions and planning & distribution processes by identifying and integrating key data sources (internal and external).
  • Evaluate Emerging Technologies: Implement emerging technologies and tools that enhance data collection, analysis, and visualization capabilities.
  • Advanced Analytics for Optimization: Deploy scientific replenishment strategies in Trade (India and Global markets), design predictive AI/ML models to enhance demand forecasting accuracy, and optimize inventory levels, distribution planning, and supplier performance evaluation.
  • Drive Innovation: Explore and implement advanced analytics techniques, machine learning models, and AI algorithms to derive insights and create value from large, complex datasets.
  • Analyze Historical Data: Analyze historical data to identify trends that inform procurement strategies and planning cycles.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and ensure alignment on data initiatives, facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on data science methodologies.
  • Master Data Governance: Develop and implement master data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all data science initiatives related to procurement, planning, and distribution.
  • Protect Sensitive Data: Develop strategies to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and analysts, foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning focused on procurement and supply chain challenges.
  • Set Performance Expectations: Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to team members to support their professional development in data science applications.
