The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in interior design. With 3-10 years of experience, they will have honed their skills in space planning, construction drawings, and collaborative project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and exceptional results.
  • Develop detailed space planning layouts and execute construction drawings that meet client expectations.
  • Design and implement hyper-realistic 3D views for client presentations and approvals.
  • Select and manage FF&E (furniture, fixtures & equipment) while considering budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all design solutions align with client needs and preferences.
  • Implement sustainable design practices wherever applicable.
  • Oversee site execution to maintain design intent and quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in space planning, construction drawings, and project management.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and detailing.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • Experience in sustainable design practices (a plus).
