Do you want to be a key player in the success of our global supply chain operations? We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can partner with us to ensure the seamless implementation, integration and optimization of technology.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ERP systems and integrations with satellite applications. They will also possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as strong business acumen and planning skills.


We require the ability to think both short and long term, and to work closely with our global supply chain business teams. The right individual will have a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to navigate complex technical specifications.


Responsibilities include managing functional GSC enhancements from defining business and systems requirements through to UAT, training and implementation. This role requires high-level stakeholders management, conducting issue investigation and resolution, reporting, scenario analysis and advising on optimal solutions available for immediate business process requirements.


Apart from supporting relationships and management of service levels with third-party service and solution providers, the successful candidate will bring fresh ideas and up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies within the Microsoft D365 space.
