Business Intelligence Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Data Analyst position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to facilitate informed decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization
- Effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in demand planning, data analysis, and workforce management
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL
- Knowledge of forecasting techniques, including time series analysis, regression, and causal modeling
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with workforce management software and tools, such as Excel
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and methodologies
