Job Opportunity: Financial Analyst
\The organization seeks an experienced Financial Analyst to oversee and optimize the financial performance of its food products and production processes. This role requires a high degree of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze manufacturing and operational costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.\
- Develop and maintain standard cost models for all food products and production processes, providing a foundation for informed business decisions.\
- Prepare and review cost reports, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring timely and accurate financial information.\
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. standard cost) and report on key drivers to management, facilitating data-driven decision-making.\
- Monitor inventory levels, perform periodic physical inventory checks, and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining accurate records and minimizing waste.\
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to track and manage waste, spoilage, and yield loss, optimizing resource allocation and reducing costs.\
- Assist in pricing decisions by providing cost-based insights and profitability analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.\
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and food safety regulations, maintaining a strong risk management posture.\
- Support external audits and provide documentation as required, demonstrating transparency and accountability.\
- Contribute to cost-saving initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements, driving continuous improvement.\
- Provide weekly and monthly reports, maintaining open communication and fostering a culture of transparency.\
- Assist in ad hoc projects, applying expertise and analytical skills to drive business outcomes.\
