Job Role: Financial Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations utilizing financial software.
• Perform banking-related tasks including vendor and other payments, bank receipts, and reconciliations.
• Evaluate compliance with taxation laws, ensuring timely filing of tax returns, E-way bills, and income tax.
• Liaise with auditors to prepare documentation for audits and balance sheet finalization.
• Handle customer billing and collections, including invoice generation, payment follow-up, and account reconciliation.
• Manage procurement processes and accounts payable reconciliation.
• Oversee inventory management using an inventory system, maintaining accurate stock data, conducting reconciliations, and performing additional tasks as assigned.
