Job Title: Community Associate

We are seeking a strategic thinker to build, manage and grow our online and offline communities as a Community Associate. The role requires strong content creation skills and the ability to foster engaging interactions with students and stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage content for multiple platforms including social media WhatsApp Telegram and the website.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to design visually compelling graphics videos and written content.
  • Monitor content trends and audience preferences to optimize content strategies for better engagement.
  • Community Engagement & Growth:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Xylem Karnataka's community fostering an interactive and supportive environment.
  • Build and manage online groups forums and social media pages to facilitate discussions and engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement expand audience reach and build relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
  • Channel Management:
  • Oversee and optimize all digital distribution channels including Instagram YouTube WhatsApp and Facebook.
  • Implement strategies to enhance reach engagement and audience retention.
  • Track analyze and report on the performance of content and community engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or a related field.
  • Proven experience in community management and content creation preferably in the EdTech or education sector.
  • Proficiency in Kannada & English (Written and Spoken).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms content distribution and engagement strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation tools and social media management software.
