Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to oversee financial reporting, audits, and statutory obligations.

The ideal candidate will work closely with real estate developers to ensure compliance with regulations, manage audits, and optimize financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage regulatory compliances, including financial statements and reports up to audit closure.
  • Ensure accurate books of accounts and verify fund utilization as per regulatory norms.
  • Assist developers in understanding and fulfilling financial obligations.
  • Monitor project accounts and conduct financial forecasting and risk analysis.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory laws and financial regulations.
  • Oversee budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
  • Maintain strong relationships with statutory authorities, auditors, and financial institutions.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Tally.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting, tax planning, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong accounting foundational skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
